Site Supervisor

We have a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor working with a fit-out contractor near the West End in London.

The Project is valued circa £1M and is a CAT B D&B Fit Out project. You will be the number 2 on site to the Construction Manager and be responsible for managing the logistics, sub-contractors, documents and inductions. You will be reporting to the Construction and Project Manager daily. Whilst managing the site, you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal Site Supervisor must have:

• Have CAT A and CAT B Fit Out experience
• Ability to take instruction from No.1 Site Manager
• Have experience in delivering commercial fit outs
• Experience in M+E
• Experience and understanding of the floor plate of the building
• Understanding of programmes and ability to handle minutes efficiently
• Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on commercial projects
• Interpersonal skills so you can get on with the rest of the team
• SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certs
